Instructional yo-yo video teaching mounts, dismounts, and tricks related to the Wrist Mount. It has english text burned in and no audio.

The MP4 file is 720x480 and uses H.264 (AVC) compression at a bitrate of 400. This is the recommended file for best quality at smallest size. See the website if you have trouble playing this.

The AVI file is also 720x480 with XviD (ASP) compression at 800 bitrate. It is about the same quality as the MP4, but twice the size.

The MPG file is MPEG-1 in VCD quality (320x240). The largest file size and least quality, but should play back on just about anything.
